From cutting and edging to shaping and tempering, we offer a comprehensive range of processing services to transform your glass into a masterpiece.
CNC Glass Cutting Machine
Raw glass sheets are automatically loaded, and initially cut into the required sizes and shapes using precision cutting equipment. Glass breaking is also automated. These step ensures uniformity and accuracy and prepares the glass for further processing.
Automated Glass Edging
The edges of the cut glass sheets are processed to remove sharp edges and create safe, smooth, finished edges. Techniques such as grinding, polishing, or bevelling are employed to achieve desired edge profiles, enhancing safety and aesthetics.
Automated Glass Drilling
If holes or cutouts are required in the glass for installation or assembly purposes, drilling is performed using a specialized glass drilling machine, which can simultaneously drill two or three holes on the glass. Specialized drill bits are used to create precise holes and cooling causes prevents damage to the glass.
Automated Glass Sandblasting
Glass is placed in a sandblasting where abrasive particles are propelled at high speed onto the surface. The abrasive particles create a frosted or etched effect according to the design. The depth and texture of the sandblasted design can be controlled by adjusting factors such as blasting pressure, distance, and duration.
Flat Glass Tempering
Tempered glass is created through a process of heating and rapid cooling of the glass in a tempering furnace. This process alters the internal structure of the glass, creating high surface compression and tensile stress within the material. This makes tempered glass more resistant to impacts and thermal stress, making if 4 to 5 times stronger than normal glass, with the added safety feature or breaking into small harmless particles rather than sharp harmful shards.
Glass Lamination
Two or more layers of glass are bonded together with an interlayer. The glass layers and interlayer are assembled and then subjected to heat and pressure in a vacuum or autoclave, causing the interlayer to melt and bond the glass layers securely. This process creates laminated glass, which offers increased strength and safety.
Automated Glass Washing
Cleans the surface of the glass to ensure proper adhesion and machining quality. Any dust, dirt, or residues are removed.
